What nonprofits do you donate to?

Dwellingly donates to two amazing causes: 20% of our profit gets split between Family Promise and Best Friends Animal Society

What is your return policy?

Dwellingly offers free returns with a 14-day return policy. If the item is not what you wished for or you've simply changed your mind, contact us. We will send you our pre-paid return labels and issue a full refund upon assessing that the return is still in selling condition. Please note, if you are returning because of a broken or defective item, you have within 5 days after receiving the delivery to notify us. 

Where do you source your collection from?

Dwellingly proudly curates 100% of its collection in partnership with the most amazing community of compassionate artisans and small businesses across the nation. When you place an order, we notify our suppliers and they send your awaiting product to you. In doing so, individual products are sometimes delivered separately. However, with no overhead for storage, this process allows us to cut down on the mark-ups traditional retailers and even other e-commerce sites provide.
